Ryan A. Webber is an attorney with Walters & Galloway, PLLC and focuses on Elder Law, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Medicaid Planning. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan practiced elder law with another local Mechanicsburg firm.
Ryan received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a Minor in Law & Society from Lebanon Valley College in 2007. Ryan graduated from the Widener University Commonwealth School of Law in May 2010 in the top third of his class. While at Widener, he clerked for the Governor’s Office of General Counsel and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society. He is currently working towards earning a master’s degree (LL.M.) in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law, a national leader in the elder law curriculum.
Ryan is a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA), and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Further, he is accredited attorney for veterans’ benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and a Board Member of the Life Care Planning Law Firm Association (LCPLFA), a national organization devoted to the holistic practice of elder law.
Ryan is also a member of local community organizations, serving as a Board Member of the Downtown Mechanicsburg Partnership and a member of the local Eureka – West Shore Lodge #302 F&AM. Ryan lives in the Borough of Mechanicsburg with his wife, Amanda.
