Attached is the Notice that we received. You will personally need to submit a claim using the details from your closing. Unfortunately, our office does not have the resources to assist so you will have to handle this yourself.
When filling out the Online Claim Form, you will be required to provide Proof of Purchase Documentation. This includes clear copies of transaction documents like your closing statement, settlement statement, or HUD statement.
