Jessica Fisher Greene is an attorney with Walters & Galloway, PLLC and focuses on Elder Law, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Medicaid Planning, and Disability Planning. Jessica graduated from The Penn State Dickinson School of Law in May 2010, in the top fifteen percent of her class. In 2015 she earned a master’s degree (LL.M.) in Elder Law, graduating “with distinction” from Stetson University College of Law, whose Elder Law advanced degree is nationally respected. The same year she was awarded the distinction of Select Lawyer in the category of Estate Planning, Administration and Probate Law as a result of a peer survey of legal professionals. In 2016 she achieved the distinctive designation of Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation. This rigorous process tests for extensive knowledge of elder law and requires verified experience in more than sixty areas of elder law, as well as a favorable evaluation by elder law attorney specialists.
In addition to her academic achievements, she is a member of The Woolsack Honor Society and has been recognized for her advocacy skills by The Order of Barristers National Honor Society. As a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association, she serves as Chair of the Young Lawyers Division. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA), and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Additionally, she is an accredited attorney for veteran’s benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). In demand as a speaker, she has presented for a variety of continuing education programs. She enjoys sharing her knowledge through speaking engagements for professional organizations as well as community groups. In Jessica’s free time she enjoys spending time with family, knitting, reading, and golfing.
