Jacquelyn M. Roof joined Walters & Galloway, PLLC in November 2019. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a Washington, D.C. firm practicing reinsurance law.
Jacquelyn grew up in Mechanicsburg and is a Trinity High School graduate. Following high school, she attended Duquesne University and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She then moved to San Diego to attend law school and received her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2015. While in law school, she interned at two healthcare organizations and a city attorney’s office.
During tax season, Jacquelyn volunteers at the United Way of the Capital Region to prepare tax returns for individuals and families through the IRS’s Volunteer Tax Income Assistance (VITA) program. She is also a volunteer for a CYO basketball team, and is a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Jacquelyn resides in Mechanicsburg with her fiancé and two dogs.
