H. Robert Fischer, III, joined Walters & Galloway, PLLC in June 2022 after years of practice in the Cumberland County region. Bob practices transactional law, which includes assisting people with all aspects of their estate planning, guiding clients through the sale or acquisition of real property, and providing business-minded legal solutions to entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes.   

After attending the University of Colorado at Denver with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy, Mr. Fischer worked as a case manager at a behavioral health services company in Erie, Pennsylvania, providing coordination of care to children and adults with mental illness and physical disabilities. Years later, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  While in law school, he worked as a certified legal intern in the Elder Law Clinic representing clients in a range of estate matters.  Bob is currently serving as Secretary on the board of the Downtown Mechanicsburg Partnership whose mission is to preserve and revitalize the town’s heritage and encourage and promote business and economic development.

Bob lives in Perry County with his wife, Jessica, where he operates a small gourmet mushroom business. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his family and outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and long-distance bicycle touring.
