Austin W. Wolfe joined the firm in January 2018 after practicing in Colorado for four years where he focused on various forms of civil litigation. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and the Colorado Bar.
Austin was born and raised in the Borough of Mechanicsburg and is a 2004 graduate of Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Temple University in 2008. Prior to attending law school, Austin obtained a Master’s Degree in Legal Administration from the University of Denver, during which he worked in the Clerk’s Office for the federal District of Colorado and learned firsthand the business of administering justice. Austin received his law degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2013. While at Villanova, he served on the Farmworkers Legal Aid Clinic, providing legal help to migrant workers for various labor, immigration, and bankruptcy issues. Austin was a recipient of the Dorothy Day Award, which is given to law students who donate exceptional time to pro bono service to the community. Austin recently graduated from the Fellows Program Leadership Cumberland in June of 2019. This is a program that serves the county by developing individuals to become effective leaders in the workplace and community.
Austin is a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association. He lives in Camp Hill with his wife, Meryl, and sons, Ian & Asher. When he isn’t practicing law, he can be found hiking the various trails in and around Central Pennsylvania, watching baseball, and reading.
