Ann M. Charles is a 1994 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics. She worked in the Governor’s Office of General Counsel as a legislative analyst during the Ridge Administration. She received her Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2001.
While in law school, Ann interned for both the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections Office of General Counsel and with the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Upon graduating, she clerked for Justice J. Michael Eakin with the Pennsylvania Superior Court and subsequently with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Ann served for three years on the Saint Joseph School Board of Education, including two years as President. She has also served her community as a Girl Scout leader and as an active volunteer in her children’s schools.
Ann joins Walters and Galloway, PPLC, in Estate Administration.
Ann lives in Mechanicsburg with her husband, Tom, and their three Gen Z children. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, kayaking and long walks with her family and their two dogs.

Anna Knych is a graduate of The Penn State Dickinson School of Law and was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 2013. While at law school, Anna worked as a certified legal intern in the Community Law Clinic and represented clients in divorce, support, custody, and protection from abuse actions. She was recognized as a Public Interest Advocate, received the American Association of Matrimonial Lawyers Eric D. Turner Award, the Comparative Law Award, and received the CALI Excellence award in Sales.
Following her admittance to the Bar, Anna worked as a family law attorney in Central Pennsylvania before moving to Europe for a number of years. While abroad she worked in a variety of capacities, including as a staff attorney for an international human rights non-profit organization. After returning to Central Pennsylvania, Anna joined Walters & Galloway in the fall of 2020.
Anna resides in Carlisle with her husband and children. Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, reading and crossfit.
